- Respect yourself, your teammates, your opponents and the game.
- Girls 8 v 8 (7 field players plus a goalie)
- Offside: Each team must keep three players back on their defensive half of the field (including goalie) and two players on their offensive side of the field. Midline will be the restraining line. 2-3-2 setup. Five players in the attacking zone.
- Each game will be one 25-minute, running time period. No Timeouts.
- All substitutions will be on the fly.
- All games will start with a draw. All additional players will start behind the goal line extended.
- After a goal, the goalie will start possession with a clear on the official’s whistle. There will be only one draw per game unless the game goes to overtime.
- When there is a five goal margin, the trailing team will start with possession at midfield after each goal.
- Each team must have a coach on the sidelines for each game at all times and is responsible for team conduct and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
- A central horn will be used to signify the start and stop of each game. All teams are expected to be on the field and ready to play at the start of each game. Any team that is not ready for the draw at the horn will lose opening possession of the ball.
- All players are required to wear the proper safety equipment during each game including a mouthpiece.
- Checking rules will be applied according to the NFHS rulebook for all divisions. Coaches and Officials will verify checking rules prior to each game.
- Any player/coach ejected from a game will not be able to participate in the next game.
- Teams involved in a game that ends in a tie at the end of regulation will immediately participate in a sudden victory Braveheart competition. Each team will play 1v1 lacrosse until a goal is scored.
- Penalties will be administered according to the NFHS and USL rules.
- One attempted pass must be made before a shot can be taken at all divisions except for the High School Division. A clearing pass from the goalie does not count as a pass.
